Please note: these indicators may occasionally be affected by anti-spam filters, which can “open” the email automatically for security checks. In such cases, the system may mark the email as read even if the user has not actually opened it.

Already invited by othersThe email address has already received a higher-level invitation from another event partner. In this case, your invitation will not be sent and will not be deducted from your allocation.

Bounced (delivery error)The email was not delivered. The reasons may vary and do not depend on Artshell. The most common causes include:

invalid or incorrectly written email address
non-existent domain
permanent block from the recipient’s mail server
full inbox or temporary unavailability of the recipient’s server

If the inbox remains full or the technical issue is not resolved, the invitation will not be delivered. We recommend contacting the guest directly to ensure there are no issues with their mailbox.

Important! In all cases of delivery error, the invitation is still deducted from your available total. We therefore encourage you to pay the utmost attention when entering the email address of the contact you wish to invite and to ensure that your mailing list is always up to date, with active addresses and no typing errors.
